today's video i want to show you how to start a digital marketing agency with no money no
experience even if you are a complete beginner and be able to take your business from zero to

one of those youtubers that made 10k one time and now i'm just going through and selling a course
um this is my actual agency account right here so you can see 133 000 last month month
of recurring revenue over fifty three thousand dollars which that is the beauty
of this business being able to go through and have that month recurring revenue so the start
of every single month we're not starting from zero we already have a solid base that we can grow from
now for this video what i did was a fun experiment and i thought you know what what if i started
a brand new business create a brand new stripe account started from zero just to show you guys
that my title is not just click bait of zero to 10k per month in 90 days so what i did about
two weeks ago i started a brand new stripe account just to go through and refresh this show
you guys that this is live actual real data and real numbers i have made in the last um 12 days
so september 12th i started this like the last one the last days of august um 52 838 dollars so
this is all time if we pull up the month to date right here you can see almost 50 000 or about
like 30 shy of 50 000 in the last 12 days so yes i know what i'm talking about i'm going to
show you guys exactly what i've done to be able to go through and do this so you guys can copy
it model it uh for your own business and just to show you guys it's not just me we have a laundry
list of other people having amazing results with this exact strategy keaton going over 75k per
month allison 4424 hours 54k in 90 days 9k a month 30k a month you can see all of these amazing
results right here right now let's get into what the content is that you're actually here for
so kind of the two core things of starting a digital marketing agency is we need to be able to
get clients and then once we get clients we need to be able to fulfill for those clients and we
need to know what products and services to offer what price points and everything so we can set
it up and duplicate exactly what i'm showing you guys the results for for your own business so the
first thing we need to do is we need to find small local business owners that need help with their
marketing which the great thing is is there's a lot of small business owners and pretty much all
of them need help with their marketing their lead generation and getting more clients so the first
step that we're gonna do is we're gonna go over to google okay and what we're gonna do is we're
gonna type in whatever business owner okay you could type in plumbers electricians dentists
chiropractors whatever it is so i'm just going to type in dentists and then you could put
near me or you could type in your specific city or zip code so i'm just gonna go with a
random tallahassee florida okay i've actually never done this so let's just pop it up and
what we're gonna do is up here we are gonna see the top results for tallahassee florida
for dentists okay so you can see right here 912 reviews 584 reviews 100 reviews and so these
are all the top results and it is key to show up in the top results because if i am somebody that
just moved to tallahassee and i'm looking for a dentist i'm probably going to go to google and
type this exact thing in and then i'm gonna see which dentist has the most reviews which one's
popping up here at the top and i'm gonna click on that and then i'm probably going to call them
and set up an appointment with let's say bashing dental care now one thing that i'm going to show
you guys here in a second is if i call bashing dental care this phone number right here and they
don't answer i'm probably just going to move on to this next mix business right here and if they
don't answer i'm going to move on to the next one and that's going to be really important because
i'm going to show you guys how to automate and set up one time a simple service that if somebody
calls and you miss that phone call or the business owner misses that phone call we can set up
what is called an auto miss call text back so anyone that calls that phone number if the
business does not answer because they're busy they're actually working with the patient we
can automatically send a text to that person so that they're not going to go and call the next
business and so that business does not miss out on that potential deal and the cool thing is it's
literally a one-time setup takes about 30 seconds to set up and i'm going to show you guys that
here in just a second now diving into actually how we find these businesses so we're going to do
is we're going to click on more places so we got these top three up here but there's going to be
a lot of other dentists that don't actually show up in the top results so you can see all these
dentists down here so if you hover over bradford dennis right here oh let's zoom back out didn't
mean to do that so we come in here we've got all of these dents we've got aspen dental we've got
coastal dental we've got family dentistry so what we want to do is we want to find one of these
dentists it's like for example barbara ledbetter right here okay she's ideal because we have all
these other ones 888 449 935 reviews this one has 11.
This one has 62 so that's probably another
good one 100 15 right there so what we want to do is we want to click on the ones like for example
advanced dental care right here and it's going to pop up this business's information okay 15 google
reviews 4.4 stars and in order to get to the top of the reviews or top of the list on google we
need to go through and get them more reviews and more five star reviews so that google sees
them as a credible source and they'll show up in the top of the search engine so this is an ideal
client that we can reach out to and say hey look we want to help you get more clients if we helped
you get more clients would you be able to handle the inflow of new clients for your business
and more than likely they're going to say yes of course we'd love it that would be super
helpful so now once they say yes what we're going to do is we're going to hook them up with just a
few simple services leveraging software systems tools and automations to be able to automate
this whole entire process because my goal is i don't want to create a business that i have
to work for i want to create a business that works for me and so i don't have to spend hours of
time every single month setting up facebook ads or doing seo search engine optimization making
backlinks i want to leverage software tools and systems so i can set this client up once and
maybe spend an hour to setting that client up but then the client is going to get massive results
on a monthly ongoing basis and i can almost sit back and maybe not do nothing but support the
client but do minimal work on an ongoing basis and still get a monthly recurring payment from
this client so what we're going to do is we're going to do a few things we're going to use this
simple software right here and the first thing we're going to do is we're just going to go down
this little launch pad this path to success so the first thing we're going to do is we're going to
connect their google account right we're going to connect their facebook account a few other things
right here but let's just focus on connecting their google account so now when we connect their
google account what we can do is come over here to settings and we're going to click on reputation
management which is also another name for online reviews it's help managing their reputation
we're going to click on that right there and because we've already connected their google
account we're going to click generate link and this is automatically going to create a link
so that when we send this to a past client or past customer they're going to get a link that they
can actually click on and it's going to take them directly to google to leave a five-star review
and then from here the dentist or the dental assistant or even the person at the front desk of
the dentist office can just click send a review request after a patient's actually gone in to have
their teeth cleaning or have you know a cavity filled or whatever it is put in the customer's
name email phone number and then click send review invite and the system has an automatic system
where it's going to go through and invite them to leave a review and whether they respond or not if
they leave your five-star review it's gonna cancel off if they don't it's gonna follow up and remind
them to go through and leave a five-star review so we can boost the number of five-star reviews
right here on google so they'll be able to show up in the top of the search engine and if you follow
with me on all that that literally took about five minutes to go through and set up you just connect
the google account create generate link click save and then anytime a client comes in the front desk
person is just going to click send a review invite and that is all they need to go through and do
now the next thing that we talked about just a minute ago is if somebody's looking for a new
dentist or a new chiropractor a massage therapist doesn't really matter what the business is and
they go and they see all the results and they're like okay i'm gonna call this business they don't
answer so they're like all right well i'm just going to go to the next one bastion dental
coastal dental tallahassee dental specialist they're just going to keep calling until they get
in contact with one of the dentists right well what we want to do is we want to save the business
we don't want them to call the next dentist and so what we're going to do is going to set something
up called an auto miss call text back so what we can do is when they connect their google account
to the software over here it's going to pull in their phone number and then what if when somebody
calls us if they do not get in touch with the dental assistant or the front desk person what
happens is we can set up what is called an auto miss call text back so they call and then the
next thing that we do is we send a text that says hey sorry i missed your call we're busy how
can i help you so instead of going through and calling the next dentist what they're doing
is they're texting back to that client right and the cool thing is is all we have to do
to set that up is come over here to settings we scroll down see this miscall text back we just
check it on to enable it and hit save miss call text back settings i mean how cool is that right
that is pretty simple to do all right so we hit the online reviews we hit the auto miss call text
back i want to show you guys three other simple services we can go through and set up really
quick so the next one is called a web chat widget and this this software has so many different tools
and features and things that we can go through and offer but these are the simplest easiest ways to
go through and get our foot in the door and be able to set something up once and then really
have a minimal ongoing fulfillment but we're still gonna get paid on a monthly ongoing basis so
we're gonna come over here to the website now this is gonna work if they already have a website or
if you want to go through and build out their own website there's so many templates over here we can
go through and use but let's just come over here and click on this little website template right
here show you guys how easy this is to set up and let's go through this is what the website looks
like and obviously this is just a demo example but a typical website is only going to convert less
than one percent of people visiting the website into leads or people that are prospects looking to
go through and work with business the reason why is just not optimized to convert website visitors
into leads and so what we're going to do is we're going to set up something called a website chat
widget and in order to do that we just come over here and click on settings and then down here it's
going to pop up it's going to it's taking a second chat widget we're just going to enable it and
we're gonna click save all we have to do and now check this out we click on this pops the website
back up and the chat widget is already on the website down here in the bottom right so when
somebody visits this website or your client's website says hey there do you have a question you
can text us here so they can come over here click on this put in their name mobile phone number and
message and click send message and that is going to send a text message to the business owner which
i'm going to show you guys where they can access here in just a second but then also it sends it
to them on a mobile app so there's a mobile app that's part of this whole system where if they get
an instant lead notification it notifies them if somebody texts it notifies them so you can have
a back and forth text conversation with whatever client that they're working with i mean it's
pretty cool right it literally all you have to do is go in here click on the settings click enable
chat widget hit save and then it's already there forever and you don't have to do anything else
but this provides a massive value to the business owner okay now the last and final thing that
i'll share with you guys and you guys can see there are dozens of other things over here that
we can go through and offer but we want to start small and simple first especially going from zero
to our first 10k per month in just 90 days is over here the conversations tab so the conversations
tab this is where we can go through and respond to the five-star reviews that people are leaving
we can also respond to the text messages are coming in from people from this website chat
widget and then also it's going to track all the auto miss call text back so it's going to track
okay we missed a call but it's going to show the text message that was sent out because you set up
auto miss call text back so the cool thing is here we can streamline this as our unified single
inbox for the business that we're working with so if the dentist has a facebook business page
if they have a google chat set up if they have texting set up phone calls reviews everything
is going to be in this one simple location so that your client doesn't have to jump from
google to facebook to their phone to email checking their voicemails it's all in one single
location and once again guys all you have to do to set this up is connect the google account which
we've already done connect their facebook account which you know all you have to do is click connect
and have them log into their facebook account and then from there everything is already set
up because we've already set up the auto miss call text back we've already set up the five star
online reviews and everything else is ready to go and there's no monthly ongoing fulfillment right
now these services you might be wondering well jason how much do you actually charge for these
services well if you're just starting out you can charge anywhere between 300 to 500 per month
now that's a lot lower than the 1500 or 2 000 per month then the traditional marketing
agency that a lot of people talk about of running facebook ads for clients but the truth
is if you run that type of business most clients are going to cancel after two to three months the
reason being is because you're charging them 1500 per month which is great for your business but
a lot of these small local business owners they don't have the type of money to go pay 1500 per
month plus whatever you're going to have them to pay on ad spend and so because of that they cancel
early and they don't stay with you long term whereas something like this charging 300 to 500
per month bringing massive value it's something that they can actually afford and because it's
bringing value it's growing their business it's bringing in money so they can continue to pay
you on a monthly ongoing basis so anyway guys i hope this helped as far as going through and
